Teri Cipowski Owner/operator of Allure Permanent Cosmetics has been a gifted artist nearly all her life. She took her natural talent and began a career as a licensed medical esthetician, cosmetologist and makeup artist in 1983. Since then she has worked in some of the top salons and medical spas, with plastic surgeons and dermatologists, international manufactures of beauty products and equipment and local television news networks. She has held such positions as technician, artist, educator, manager, director, owner and operator.
Teri is passionate about making people look and feel their best. In the late 1990’s she began pursuing her longtime desire to bring cosmetic applications to a more permanent level for her clients. Since becoming certified as a permanent cosmetic technician she has worked primarily with permanent cosmetics, making people look and feel great 24 hours a day. She continues updating her techniques by attending advanced training classes taught by some of the leaders in the industry, attends annual industry trade shows and conventions, follows OSHA and America Red Cross guidelines and standards for permanent cosmetic artists.
Teri has worked with 100’s of clients, male and female, local, national and international. She has a keen esthetic eye for complimenting ones features and skin tone. Her clients rave about her artistic abilities and perfectionist approach to every procedure performed.
